Boat Reservation Policies

1, 2, & 4 Hour reservations*

  • - Rental reservations require only a last name and a phone number.
  • - We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time to allow for outfitting and paperwork. 
  • - If you are running late please call the Pine Knot Marine Center. We will hold a reservation for 30 minutes after your scheduled start but if we have not been contacted about your status after 30 minutes we will let the reservation go if there are other interested parties.

8 Hour Reservations*

  • - Boat Rental reservations require a full name, a phone number, and a credit card number.
  • - We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your boat rental start time to allow for outfitting and paperwork.
  • - Rentals will be held for up to 4 hours past the rental start time but if we have not been contacted about your status after 4 hours, we will let the reservation go if there are other interested parties.
  • - If a customer is late and we are unable to extend the time either due to closing time or conflicting reservations there will be no pro-rating or discounts. 
  • - Cancelations made with at least 24hrs notice are free. 
    • - Cancelations made with between 24 and 0 hours notice will be charged a holding fee of 12.5%.
    • - Cancelations made after the start time will be charged a holding fee of 25%.
